Our Law Firm participated in the meeting of the club held at the RA Chamber of Advocates

Founder-shareholder of "ELL PARTNERSHIP" law firm Taron Simonyan and senior lawyer Gevorg Virabyan participated in a club session held at the RA Chamber of Advocates, during which the issues of the RA Law "On Confiscation of Illegally Originated Property" and legal practice were discussed.
During the session, the lawyers presented the problems of the cases in their proceedings and the possible tactics of taking actions aimed at solving them.
It was decided to form a monitoring committee in order to conduct research related to the application of the discussed law and to study judicial practice.
