ՀՀ Վարչական դատարանը ամբողջությամբ բավարարել է գրասենյակի իրավաբան, փաստաբան Վոլոդյա Մազմանյանի կողմից ներկայացված հայցադիմումը և վճռել Պատասխանող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին պարտավորեցնել ընդունել հողամասի սահմանների ճշտման մասին վարչական ակտ՝ տրամադրելով հողամասի հատակագիծը:
