With the support of our Law Firm, on July 3, a seminar was held on the topic "Rules for carrying out actions in retail trade facilities", where Hayk Karapetyan, co-author of the law on making additions to the "Trade and Services" law, former member of MSU, candidate of legal sciences, made a speech.

During the seminar, the law "On making additions to the Law on Trade and Services" was discussed, by which the rules for carrying out actions in retail trade facilities were regulated.

In particular, discounts (discount, liquidation, price reduction, etc.), as well as legal regulations for carrying out other actions, actions of unfair competition, amounts of fines stipulated by law and other issues were discussed in detail.

A number of trade organizations participated in the seminar and received answers to all their questions.
