"IP GLOBAL FORUM" organized by the Association of Intellectual Property Lawyers (AIPR)
On April 26, World Intellectual Property Day was celebrated globally, and the "IP GLOBAL FORUM" organized by the Association of Intellectual Property Lawyers (AIPR) on April 27 was dedicated to this occasion. During the forum, prominent lawyers, experts, musicians, and filmmakers deliberated on the latest advancements and challenges in intellectual property, particularly its implications for the film and music industries.
The forum featured three panel discussions, one of which focused on intellectual property within the music sector. Among the speakers in this panel was Gohar Gevorgyan, a shareholder and the general director of "ELL PARTNERSHIP" Law Firm, who also holds membership in AIPR and delivered the opening speech at the "IP GLOBAL FORUM."
The other two panel discussions at the forum addressed cinema-related topics and accountability for intellectual property violations, including discussions on a new draft law under consideration. The forum served as a platform for fruitful collaboration, leading to tangible outcomes in the evolving landscape of intellectual property law, business, entrepreneurship, film, and music.
