The team of "ELL Partnership" Law Firm, under the coordination of the General Director, Attorney Gohar Gevorgyan, carried out the protection of the interests of the right holder of foreign trademarks enjoying prestige in the RA in a claim submitted to the permanent arbitration institution attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia. As a result of the investigation of the case, the arbitration tribunal approved the settlement agreement of the parties, in which the defendant accepted the demand for the elimination of the violation of the intellectual property rights of our client.
