Attorney of our Law Firm participated in the development of the development strategy of the Mining industry as a member of the legal consulting team.

The project was initiated by the RA government and implemented with the support of the World Bank. The purpose of the Mining Sector Development Strategy is to support the regulation and progress of the sector.

Recently, the discussion of the final draft of the strategy for the development of the mining sector was held within the II program of the Mining Policy of Armenia, which was attended by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, interested agencies, the World Bank, the National Assembly of Ukraine, the Standing Committee of the NA Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environmental Protection, subsoil user representatives of organizations.
