Junior lawyer "ELL Partnership" law firm Alvina Vardanyan graduated from the summer school of intellectual property law organized by the joint initiative of the NGO "Association of Armenian Lawyers of Intellectual Property Law" and the Armenian-Russian University, gaining new legal knowledge in the field of intellectual property.

Within the framework of the school, the participants carried out a detailed study of copyright, identification of legal problems of copyright and discussion of legal solutions to these problems, as well as studied the protection of intellectual property within the framework of competition law.

The participants performed a study on the registration of trademarks, the observance of the terms for invalidating registrations, as well as studied the liability in disputes regarding intellectual property objects, parallel importation, programming in the field of intellectual property.
