The Civil Court of Appeals, examining the appeal submitted by the lawyers of our office in the case of binding the decision made by the arbitration court and issuing a writ of execution based on it, on 19.08.2022. in case No. ԵԿԴ/2088/17/16, annulled the decision made by the court of first instance, leaving the bank's application unexamined. As a result, the appellate court recorded that our client's right to be heard, which is one of the most important procedural guarantees of individuals, was violated in the court of first instance.
