The attorney, senior lawyer of "ELL Partnership" law firm Gohar Avagyan participated as a speaker in the first course held within the framework of the "Learning by doing" project implemented by the Student Council of the Faculty of Law of YSU.

Within the framework of the course, students got acquainted with advocacy, the role of advocacy in the protection of human rights. Gohar Avagyan familiarized the participants with the lawyer's ethics rules, lawyer-client relations, tactics developed by the lawyer, by which he protects the rights of his client.

At the end, the participants were assigned a task in the form of drafting claims, which they will discuss in the framework of the other course.
