Shareholder of "ELL PARTNERSHIP" law firm Norayr Balayan and senior lawyer Gohar Avagyan, as a result of an effective cooperation with the RA General Prosecutor's Office, have registered another great success, removing completely a rather large property of our client in the framework of the RA Law "On Confiscation of Illegal Originated Property" at the RA General Prosecutor's Office from the subject of studies conducted. As a result, our client's name was removed from the proceedings for confiscation of property of illegal origin.

The mentioned success is important not only from the point of view of effective protection of our client's interests, but also from the fact that correct and constructive cooperation with the body implementing the proceedings is possible and feasible.
