The General Director of our law firm, partner Gohar Gevorgyan participated in the course on "Skills for drafting applications and petitions" implemented by the Student Council of the Faculty of Law of YSU within the framework of the "Learning by doing" project.

During the course, Gohar Gevorgyan presented the requirements for filing a lawsuit, the conditions for accepting the lawsuit, the main rights of the defendant and the plaintiff. Many examples from practice were also discussed.

The meeting ended with interesting questions raised by the participants and meaningful answers given by Gohar Gevorgyan.
