Our Founding Partner Taron Simonyan made a speech at the CFTJ's Third Annual International Conference, 'Human Rights and Accountability: Pathways to Post-Conflict Justice’.

On September 9, an event organized by the American University of Armenia Master’s Program in Law and HVM Law Firm took place, where our office's founder and partner, Taron Simonyan , also spoke.

At the expanded session of the International Chamber of Commerce National Committee Armenia (ICC NCA), our firm’s founder, Taron Simonyan, along with our partner in Germany, Gurgen Petrosyan, presented the latest #legaltech system, trustchain.ai, developed in collaboration with the innovative technology company Omnicode AI. This system is based on the compliance of supply chains and business organizations with the regulations of the European Union.

We are pleased to announce that on May 10th, this year, our firm presented the first case of international mediation at the Armenian Center for Arbitration and Mediation. Our Senior Lawyer and Advocate Gohar Avagyan represented one of the parties in a family dispute regarding the determination of a child’s place of residence.

In civil case ED2/1508/02/24 on March 5, 2024, our senior lawyer, advocate Gohar Avagyan, and lawyer Alvina Vardanyan, representing the interests of Lusine Stepanyan and acting as her legal representatives, filed a lawsuit against the "Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports" Foundation, demanding the annulment of Orders No. 228-A and No. 239-A concerning disciplinary liability. According to these orders, the client was subjected to disciplinary penalties of "reprimand" and "severe reprimand" for improper performance of work duties.

The visit of our office colleagues, Taron Simonyan and Norayr Balayan, to the state of California, USA, has successfully concluded.

In 2024, the World Bank published a report titled "Women, Business and the Law," in the preparation of which the Partner, General Director of "ELL PARTNERSHIP" Law Firm Gohar Gevorgyan was also involved as an expert.
