Zaruhi Mkrtumyan is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, a member of the New York State Bar Association and is authorized to practice Immigration Law in all 50 states. Throughout her career, Ms. Mkrtumyan has been zealously advocating for her clients before the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS, ICE & CBP), the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Immigration Courts.
